Porvana Return & Refund Policy

At Porvana, we want you to love your jewelry. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Please review our policy below:

1. Reporting an Issue

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery if there is any problem with your order.

  • Include your order number and photos of the item showing the issue.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If an item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace the item or issue a refund.

  • In most cases, you will not need to return the item.

3. Incorrect or Missing Items

  • If the wrong item is received or part of the order is missing, we will send the correct item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.

4. Returns for High-Value Items

  • For higher-value items, we may request that the product be returned for inspection.

  • If a return is needed, we will provide specific instructions and a return address.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • We cannot accept returns for:

    • Items returned after 7 days from delivery

    • Items damaged due to customer handling or wear

    • Returns due to customer preference or minor color/size variations
